Motorised blinds are convenient on their own, but they become genuinely effortless once they are part of your smart home. "Close the bedroom blinds," a morning scene that lifts every blind in the house at sunrise, a film scene that drops the blackout rollers — all of it is possible, and none of it requires you to get up.
The hub is the heart of it
A smart-home hub is the bridge between your blinds and everything else. We work with the leading systems — Somfy Tahoma, Brel Home and the Louvolite Home Hub — choosing the one that matches your motors. The hub holds your schedules and scenes and connects the blinds to your home network so they can be controlled from anywhere.
Voice control
Once a hub is in place, your blinds and curtains can be linked to the voice assistant you already use:
- Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for spoken commands and routines.
- Apple HomeKit and Siri for control alongside the rest of your Apple devices.
- Google Home to group blinds with your lighting and heating scenes.
Scenes and schedules
The real magic is in scenes. A single command — or a single time of day — can move several blinds at once. "Good morning" can raise the bedroom and kitchen blinds; sunset can lower the west-facing rollers to cut glare; "movie time" can close the blackout blinds in the snug. Schedules run quietly in the background whether you are home or away, which also adds a useful layer of security.
Retrofit or new build
You do not need to rewire your house. Battery and rechargeable motors let us add smart, app-controlled blinds to an existing home with no mess, while hard-wired motors suit projects already under construction. Either way the smart-home experience is the same.
Getting started
We handle the whole setup: supplying and fitting the motors, installing and configuring the hub, building your scenes and schedules, and linking everything to your chosen voice assistant before we leave. You end up with blinds and curtains that respond to your voice, your phone and the time of day — and a long warranty behind them.
